Confidential Information in Court Filings

Public access to court records is allowed, but certain records and information are considered confidential and exempt.  A filer is required to identify and protect confidential information in court filings and to minimize sensitive information.  Please consult Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.050 and Florida Rules of Judicial Administration 2.420 and 2.425 for an explanation of the confidential and sensitive information that may be found in court filings and for the procedures to protect such information.

Orders will be posted here, for 30 days, when the court grants any part of certain motions regarding confidential information.
