ADA Information:

The Second District Court of Appeal is committed to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Reasonable accommodations are provided for qualified court participants with disabilities, in accordance with the law.  As required by the ADA, the determination of whether an individual has a disability and the accommodation appropriate to a particular situation is an individualized inquiry and each decision is therefore made on a case-by-case basis.
