The Clerk's office is located to the left of the main entrance of the court's Lakeland headquarters. Questions concerning the court's procedure or the status of a case before the court should be directed to that office, which is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. The Court does not accept filings by fax or e-mail without prior authorization from the Court. Inquiries about the status of a case can be directed to the Clerk's office at (863)499-2290.
